Real‑Time Energy Dashboards on PI Vision
Using the client’s PI Vision platform, we developed live, real‑time dashboards that visualise energy usage from the main site meter down to individual circuits and equipment. Operators can track consumption instantly and continuously.
Built‑In Limits and Performance Targets
Each PI Vision dashboard incorporates custom limits, alarms, and efficiency targets, enabling operators to quickly identify underperforming circuits and equipment in real time and take corrective action.
Advanced Data Analytics Using Power BI
Leveraging the client’s Power BI environment, StrangersEnergy created detailed analytical models that correlate energy usage with all critical operational parameters. This exposes hidden inefficiencies and provides actionable insight into true energy drivers.
From these analytics, automated monthly reports are generated to support structured performance reviews, energy meetings, and strategic decision‑making.
Multiple screens were installed in the control room to display live energy performance dashboards, supported by a dedicated energy manager to enhance communication, response times, and accountability.
