Our client operates a high-demand utility system, including 14 Atlas Copco GA 350 compressors producing over 8 million kilograms of compressed air per month, alongside a large-scale water system delivering more than 6 million cubic meters of water into the plant monthly.
Following a comprehensive energy audit, it was identified that the facility was losing approximately $55,000 every month due to air and water leaks—significantly impacting operational efficiency and costs.
In response, we developed and implemented a targeted, high-impact initiative: the “Leak-Free Campaign.” This six-month program focused on systematic detection, repair, and prevention of leaks across both air and water systems.
